1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use AnimalDuku (the “Game”). It applies to the Android version of the Game and its Google Play Games, Firebase, and advertising features.

The Game does not ask you to directly submit your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera content. Third-party SDKs may automatically process technical information required to operate their services, subject to their terms and privacy policies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information only to provide and maintain the Game, save local progress, enable Play Games features, analyze and improve the experience, serve and measure advertising, secure the service, and comply with law. Where required, we request consent before personalized advertising or related processing. Other processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests, or another basis permitted by applicable law.
4. Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. To provide the functions above, information may be processed by Google LLC and related services (Google Play Games Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, and User Messaging Platform), together with advertising partners approved through Google. We may also disclose necessary information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with an organizational transaction. Third parties process information under their own policies.
5. Your choices and rights
- Analytics: When the Game makes an analytics control available to you, you can use it to disable collection. The Game then stops creating or caching custom analytics events and disables Firebase Analytics collection. You may also contact us with an applicable data-rights request.
- Advertising privacy: Where applicable, revisit choices in the UMP privacy message or a privacy-options entry made available by the Game. Android and Google settings may also let you manage ad personalization or reset/delete the advertising ID.
- Play Games: Manage your gamer profile, game activity, and related data through Google Play Games or Google Account settings. Signing out of or disabling Play Games makes achievements, leaderboards, and Overlay features unavailable.
- Local data: Delete progress and preferences on the device by clearing the Game's app data or uninstalling it.
- Legal rights: Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for information we control. Contact us using the details below.
6. Retention and deletion
Local progress and preferences remain until you clear app data or uninstall the Game. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to our Google service settings, the time needed for the stated purposes, and Google's retention rules. Google retains Play Games profiles, achievements, and leaderboard data under its rules and your account settings. After a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize data we control within the period required by law. Data needed for legal, security, anti-fraud, or dispute purposes may be retained as permitted.
7. Children and teens
The Game does not ask children to provide contact information directly. Ad requests are configured for a general-audience content rating and age-restricted treatment for teens, while UMP applies consent requirements where relevant. Parents or guardians who believe a child provided personal information, or who wish to exercise applicable rights, should contact us. The target audience declaration, ad settings in Google Play, and this Policy must remain consistent.
8. Security and international processing
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including data minimization and security features supplied by the platform and SDKs. No network transmission or storage method is completely secure. Service providers such as Google may process information outside your country and use transfer safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy when features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when required by law, provide an in-game or other prominent notice of material changes.
